“When Love is Not Enough”: 2010 TV Film Review Part 1

Love is symbolic for families who carry the ability to gain strength, humbleness and patience to care for one another and to ensure that it passes from one generation to the next.

Loving our families come second in line. First comes God who placed us onto this beautiful planet filled with animals,  fresh green grass with large tree trunks surrounding the beautiful nature in the hills and mountains along with immoral sinning.

What does love and sinning have to do with the title above? The title refers to a 2010 TV film based upon the couple, Mr. & Mrs. Bill Wilson who were founders of Alcoholics Anonymous. The book and film dives into the toll it took upon the married couple before finding the strength to stand up against why and how drinking can drive your marriage on the brink of divorce.

Loving the people who are drinking themselves to death is not the way to stop them from affecting their health and relationship with you. Effective communication with our Heavenly Father, family, friends and loved ones will be the best way to go about helping them overcome their drinking habits. But they must also be willing to see the error in their ways and change what they believed was right, wrong. Set a positive example of how drinking heavily can affect your overall health and the relationships you once had with your loved ones can change forever.
